Razer mamba, sticky buttons

the buttons of my razer mamba feels incredibly sticky. they are hard to push in and are slow to come up. it is the side button of my mouse. did anyone deal with this before?

That's not normal behavior. Have you connected the mouse directly to your computer's USB port? Try cleaning your mouse by following the steps from this link. You may also use a can of compressed air to clean the affected buttons. Otherwise, the device has a possible hardware issue.
