Razer Mamba TE freezing problem

I tried using all the USB ports on my computer and on my monitor, changing lift-off range, uninstalling Synapse and deleting all the files, uninstalling driver but my mouse always freezes up randomly for around 10 seconds or more before it goes back to normal. I also found out that if I lift my mouse off the mat, it always freeze afterwards. I tried it on a different computer and it has the same issues. All the rest of the buttons and the RGB are working properly. It is very annoying especially when I am in the middle of doing something. Please help!
