Razer Mamba TE scroll wheel problem

This is highly likely a hardware issue. Is there any change to the tactile feedback when you scroll up or down? Do you get the same results even when Synapse isn't running in the background?

I have a similar issue. My scroll work but it go up when a turn down and go down when I turn up and skip a lot of lines. Also, when I use it in firefly it does not work properly, blinking and freezing.

The surface calibration tool on Synapse should be able to fix the tracking issue you're experiencing, but the scroll wheel may be a bit tricky. Please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can look for possible firmware solutions.
