Razer mamba TE Scroll wheel stuck

I really need help, i just purchased a Razer Mamba Tournament Edition Wired and when i got it in i checked the mouse and found that when i scroll it is rough to rotate the scroll wheel like its stuck or something is this just because the mouse is new or is it not ok and should i send it back
