Razer Mamba Tournament Edition problem

hi people ... i have a mouse razer mamba tournament edition ... that when I connect it to the pc turns on the RGB light but it doesn't work ... that is, neither the cursor moves nor the clicks work ... this was working properly but the next day when I turned on the computer started doing this ... if they knew how to solve this problem I would be super grateful.
