Razer Mamba Wireless dongle issues

I am using a Razer Mamba Wireless mouse, which I have had for about two years now. For some odd reason it has stopped working in wireless mode. It is indeed fully charged as I have had it plugged in all day. I have also upgraded the firmware to the latest version as well. I have also tried using a different usb port. But for some reason my computer will only sense it while plugged in.

So its weird to me that I also have a mamba wirleless mouse, just hit 2 years old, and just started experiencing the exact same problem you are having. Mine started on 2/20/21. Have you got any help with this issue yet?
