Razer Mamba Wireless Help - wireless stopped working | Razer Insider

Two days ago the wireless function stopped working on my Razer mamba.

So far I've confirmed the mouse still works when wired, I've charged it to 100%, and I've downloaded the Razer firmware updater and got the mouse and dongle updated, but I still get zero cursor response when on wireless.

I've searched around on other forums, but nothing has worked so far. The dongle just stays plugged into my computer, so I can't imagine that it's broken somehow... and my PC still recognizes it as a Razer dongle and gives me that little "we've set up this device" notification.

Just weird. Would love any suggestions
I am now having a sort of same issue. My razer software updated this morning, right after my mamba wireless just died. It did not die from use of battery, but refuses to turn on at all. I have attempted charging it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled razer software and firmware. Firmware will recognize the wireless dongle, but will not recognize when I plug mouse straight into USB port. Firmware will not go past that point because it is not picking up on a razer product. The mouse is just dead. I don't know what else to do for it. I have spent 4 hours working on a fix with zero success. I have opened a ticket with support.
Hey GreenBluevoicepulse624 and Chelle1968! Did you try connecting the dongle to another computer? Please use this clean-up tool, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse. Ensure that your Windows .NET Framework is on version 4.8 too. Should the issue persists, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
