I just bought the razer mamba wireless a couple days ago and ever since I got it I've been having issues (wireless or usb connected) when I try to drag and drop or in-game click and hold it randomly stops registering the hold so it makes it hard to play some games that require me to click and hold to do some things. It's also made using gyazo a very difficult task and some other third person and first person shooters make it difficult to shoot. I still have a warranty on it if there's issues from walmart but when I try to file a claim it just says to call razer support and when I do it's impossible to understand what the person is saying. When ever I try using chat support it always says that there are no agents available. I don't know how I can get a new one or if it's possible , a refund.
