I have the Mamba Wireless mouse which has the button on the bottom that allows you to swap colors that indicates which profile you are using for your mouse. The button does swap the profiles, however, the color that indicates which profile is in use doesn't.



It's fully charged, I've tried turning it on and off again, and nothing seems to work. Any fixes?

This could very well be a faulty LED issue. But please send over the serial number of your mouse through PM so I can check for firmware updates that could fix this.

I understand. Please PM me a screenshot of your profiles on Synapse and the serial number of your mouse. Let's go from there.
