Razer Man O war sound through only one ear

Hoping someone has a fix I haven't though of yet. My headset was working perfectly fine yesterday. Started up my computer this morning and am only getting sound through the left ear cup. I've checked the balance levels, uninstalled/reinstalled the hardware, restarted the PC all to no avail. I don't usually use synapse because I have had bad experiences with it, but I reinstalled it to try and see if I could re-calibrate the headset. However, during calibration, it says the sound should be coming through the right cup and it is coming through the left one. I did update some alienware software yesterday that might be the cause, but I used the headset all day after the install with no issues. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
