Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone else has encountered something similar with their monitors. I bought mine around the launch date and have been using them almost every day for the past few years. Throughout this time, I've occasionally travelled abroad for work, but upon returning, I've always found the monitors to be in perfect condition - they turn on without issue, and the screen quality has been top-notch, exactly what I need for my work. However, I've noticed an issue with the stand. After coming back from a recent six-month trip (the house was empty during this time), the stand appears to be rusting and losing its paint, making it look quite tacky and worn. I'm really puzzled as to why this deterioration has occurred over the last six months, especially when nothing like this has happened before.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Would love to hear your thoughts or any advice you might have.
