Hello everyone, I recently bought a Razer Mouse Dock Pro, paired it with a BASILISK V3 PRO 35K mouse, and a low battery notification appears every half hour. I tried to reinstall the drivers, the program, reconnected, nothing helped. The charge panel shows the charge is working properly

Please try updating your mouse and mouse dock pro firmware by downloading it from the following:
• Mouse Dock Pro and Wireless Puck
You should check for any debris on the mouse and dock. Clean the charging pins on both the mouse and the charging dock with a dry cloth. If the issue continues, please reset your devices using the Razer Synapse settings to see if that resolves the problem. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a private message.
