Razer Mouse Location Tracking?

Hello, it has been less than 3 months since I purchased my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse from the actual Razer website and I had to move to sent over my mouse through USPS but my package seemed to have been ripped and the mouse and charging port stolen. I didn't insure my USPS package but since I already had the Razer mouse registered I was wondering if it is possible to track the location of my mouse if it is in use? I have all the time I have due to coronavirus and would love to criminally charge and sue the USPS personnel who stole my mouse if it could be tracked.
