Synapse 2.0 does not detect my Razer Naga, so I decided to use m PC to program my mouse to 1000dpi and a specific colour. As soon as I unplug the mouse from the PC, and plug it into the mac, the specific colour I chose changes into the one where it cycles through all the different colours. I have also found out that when I quit Razer on my PC, the settings such as lighting turn off immediately and go back to the colour cycling version. Is this a bug? Or does Razer mice keep the colour on PC and when Synapse is open and not quitted.

Synapse 3 is not available on macOS. Instead you can try use 3rd party app like Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos to manage some mice settings.
