razer mouse onboard macro bug. playback different to synapse

can some one else confirm a bug in having with a razer mouse in regards to the on board macro mine is a basilisk but it might effects other mice add a macro in your current profile with a delay. eg.. --- mouse1 down. 0s mouse1 up. 0.5s key K down. 0.2s key k up. 0.2s --- assign it to any mouse button and use any playback type(i use play while pressed) open mspaint and draw a line using the assigned button return to synapse 3. click the user icon ->exit return to ms paint and draw a 2nd line (this is using the onboard macro) do they look the same it seems the mouse firmware cant HOLD an action for the specified delay. the button is pressed and released very quickly, no delay i have a sample vid below if it helps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B54KZfJHgzk this is my first razer product. i contacted support but they just keep sending me auto generated solutions maybe other mice with onboard storage are affected? Mamba HyperFlux, Naga Trinity, Lancehead and Lancehead TE

has anyone else tried to repeat this problem? i made a better video showing this issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96OtUCkpNDc its great the onboard macro will store mouse movements to... but not sure why they are not to scale. previously it was ok just another bug in Synapse BETA

alguém pode confirmar um bug em ter um mouse razer em relação à macro onboard o meu é um basilisco, mas pode afetar outros ratos adicione uma macro ao seu perfil atual com um atraso. por exemplo.. --- mouse1 para baixo. 0s mouse1 para cima. 0,5s tecla K para baixo. 0,2s chave k para cima. 0,2s --- atribua-o a qualquer botão do mouse e use qualquer tipo de reprodução (eu uso o play enquanto pressionado) abra mspaint e desenhe uma linha usando o botão atribuído voltar a sinapse 3. clique no ícone do usuário -> sair voltar para ms pintar e desenhar uma segunda linha (isso é usando a macro integrada) eles parecem iguais? parece que o firmware do mouse não pode segurar uma ação para o atraso especificado. o botão é pressionado e liberado muito rapidamente, sem atraso Eu tenho um exemplo abaixo se ele ajuda
