Razer naga 2014 not recognised by synapse
My mouse is connected to pc, yet synapse does not recognise it.
I only found this out when I wanted to add a new macro, strange thing is I have 1 ,macro permanently on which works fine. How is this possible? I cannot create a new macro.

software version 2.21 when it opens it asks me to register my product, which I had already done before and as I said I have 1 macro that is working

ventureOrchidtech698I see. Please send me a video showing the issue while using Razer Synapse together with your Razer Naga 2014's serial number via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
I updated software as soon as I realised there was an issue.
