My mouse lights doesnt work anymore, I wouldnt mind that but the macros dont work neither.
It is RZ01-0241 , when was last update drivers date? My device manager shows “08/18/2020”
I have already tried synapse 4, synapse 3 and the cleaning razer ups driver and reinstalling.

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look up applicable workarounds that might address the macro issue you're currently experiencing?
