Hello dear Razer Community.
I write to you because I keep having issues I can’t resolve (Can’t use the Online Support, because product out of warranty).
My mouse always stop responding to movements (every few minutes), but it is not disconnected (I know because I can still press my buttons and the light is still on all the time).
So after 3 or 4 seconds, it mooves again. Very very disturbing of course, I can’t play with it anymore.
Mouse is good, well cared, clean and I’m using a mouse pad (ofc).
Would be sooooo glad if any of you have an idea.
FYI: It’s a cable mouse, I tried already to reset it, (through pressing buttons 5 sec...), already reinstalled Synapse and cleaned it
