Razer Naga Epic Chroma Freezing

Hey guys. I have the Razer Naga Epic Chroma gaming mouse. It has randomly started freezing. I have tried both wireless and wired. It worked fine for a week or more and just started. I will be playing/doing something and it will just act like it has been disconnected, sometimes reconnecting, sometimes not. I have tried restarting, restoring, uninstalling, everything. From what I have Googled, this seems to be a common problem with this mouse. I will post my specs below. OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro RAM: DDR4 2x8GB = 16GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 3.6GHz MB: ASUS Gaming GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2070 EVGA The razer software is installed.
