razer naga has no option to change side buttons off of number keys

I have been trying for about a year to get the mouse side keys (1-12) off of the number keys and + - but everything that you all have said on how it will work has never worked. There is no drop down menu for changing them and clicking them to set it your self don't work eather and it had been nothing more that a expensive paper wait for about a year with it being stuck to the number keys. I have talked to other people I know that have gotten the same mouse and have the same problem and one of them even stopped getting razer products after seeing how the mouse was set up to force you to use the number keys
