I've had a Razer Naga Hex for about 5 years now and have never had any problems, but one day I try to use it and the cursor isn't moving? All of the buttons on the mouse work properly but it just isn't tracking my movements. I tried looking this up and most solutions have lead me to re-calibrate the laser, but when I try to look in Synapse there is no calibration tab, and when I try to do the thing with holding left, middle and right buttons nothing changed. I have also tried cleaning the laser with a cotton swab and alcohol but that hasn't work either.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me find the solution to this, i'm not completely ready to let go of this mouse yet, but of course if that is the only thing I can do then it'll have to be done. Thanks

Happened to me too after downloading synapse 3. everything was weird and stopped functioning properly after synapse 3. It is clearly a software problem that makes the mouse unusable.
Having a similar issue with my Razer Naga Chroma (~3 yrs old). Anyone had any luck with a fix? Is there a way to roll the software back or something?
