Razer Naga Hex RZ01-01600 side buttons not working

Hi, Currently having an old Naga Hex that is not supported by Synapse 3 so I am using Synapse 2.0. Fun fact that it worked on my old laptop without any troubles but now since I got a new laptop only my top buttons and lights are configurable when I configure my side buttons and save it, it just detects the buttons as numbers 1-6 on both 123 and NUM switch. After reinstalling the client multiple times and searching for a fix it is still not working and I am currently stuck. :frown_: Is my mouse just so outdated or is their a fix? Cheers

How does your mouse appear on the Device Manager of your new laptop? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you further. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
