Razer Naga Hex v2 Calibrations Problem

Hello Guys, today i received my Razer Firefly V2 mousepad for my Razer Naga Hex v2 mouse. Now i have a problem with the calibration of my mouse. I have a tracking issue. Without mousepad i have no problems (playing on my desk) and when i use my mousepad with this certain surface my mouse doesnt react properly. It feels as if the sensor doesnt recognize the mouse pad surface. I tried to calibrate it with the Firefly V2 Modus, with adding different surfaces and so on. Nothing helps. Does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks in advance Vindax

Please note that the surface on the Firefly V2 was designed for optical sensors. Your Naga Hex V2 has a laser sensor that could get stuck when used on a micro-textured mat like the one you just got.
