Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition side buttons not working

After two years of using my Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition mouse one of the twelve side panel buttons stopped working properly. It only gave input if it was pressed on a specific area of the button and if held down it didn't give input at all. I got it replaced because this issue occurred within the warranty period but after one year of using my new mouse it had the same issue just with another button. On my first mouse it was the 1st button now its the 3rd. I tried cleaning it with compressed air and rubbing alcohol but it didn’t help at all. The buttons that went bad are the ones that were used the most but they don’t make a different sound or have a different feeling than all the others that are working. I saw others posting about this problem here but it didn’t seem like anyone knew the answer so I was wondering what exactly causes this issue and if this is fixable or I will have to buy a new mouse.
