Razer Naga Pro keeps freezing for a second | Razer Insider

So whenever I've been using the Razer Naga Pro on wireless it freezes for half a second and then jumps in a direction I was moving it. I've been using the USB connector thing and I tried a different port as well and it hasn't helped. Is there a way I can get it to stop doing that?
@astaene - Unfortunately I am experiencing the exact same issue, as so are a number of fellow gamers on the reddit forums.

I have an open support ticket with Razer, but unfortunately no meaningful response as yet. However I am confident they will find a solution in a firmware update.
I'm having the same problem with mine. I've even done the firmware update that Chat support gave me.
Hi everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Naga Pro's concern here. If you haven't contacted our Support Team yet, please submit a case by clicking this link or send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
So apparently I got the freezing to stop. I first removed the Naga Pro under Bluetooth devices. Then I uninstalled Synapse completely. I've been testing it for the past 2 day without Razer Synapse installed and it runs perfect without a hitch. I'm going to reinstall Synapse and report back.

Unfortunately this has not resolved my issue. I have followed the steps and reinstalled Synapse but I still have issues.

have you tried closing synapse and then trying? It seems to work better.

Have you tried closing out Synapse completely? This is what ultimately fixed my suttering/freezing issues

Hey there! I appreciate your suggestion. By the way, I replied to your PM. I'll wait for your follow-up.

Hi AdmiralAthy. Please check if disabling Razer Synapse 3.0 stops the freezing/disconnection of your Razer Naga Pro.
I'm still experiencing issues with stuttering - Has another firmware been released?>

Just to give everyone and update. I returned the mouse and got a replacement. Now things seem to work better and no freezing. I suggest anyone who can try the swap out for a replacement if possible.

Sweet. I'm glad that replacing the mouse resolved the issue. Feel free to update this thread if anything comes up.
