My scroll wheel was jumpy for a while. Then about a month ago, the scrolling stopped functioning altogether. I checked the support site, and I’m out of warranty. I decided to try a self-repair, and I replaced the encoder. Twice. Neither time did the problem resolve.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is there another part I can try to replace? Am I just out $100 on a mouse I that bought 2 years ago? If the shelf life for Razer products is that short, it hardly seems worth the premium price.
