Razer Naga Pro not charging
I bought a razer naga pro a few days ago cuz i wanted to try a wireless mouse for the first time. it came at 35% charge and i plugged it in and turned the wireless off to charge all night and all the next day while i was at work. i came home and it was still 35% and since then i used it wirelessly and its at 4% and has been at 4% for the past 2 days. is there something im doing wrong?

This issue usually appears if your mouse has outdated firmware. Do send me the serial number of your mouse. I can use them to verify its model and point you in the right direction.
