Razer Naga Pro not turning on

I recently got this wireless mouse from a friend as a gift, however I had trouble turning the mouse on. I switched the slider from "off" to both "2.4" and "BT". Then, I clicked on the button above the slider, there was a light that flashed white for a while, but suddenly turns off. The chroma of the naga also switched from "x" color to nothing, then back up. It kept repeating the process until I switched it off. This is my first time using this mouse, so I haven't connected it to bluetooth before or anything (FYI)
