Good morning lads, Since I tried to start using my Naga pro, it was only working via cable. Find out that I have older version of firmware, so downloaded updater for it. Unfortunately something crashed out during update of part with cable connection. Now I got dongle 2.4 with newest update which is recognized in device menager, but it's not connecting to mice, and Naga is not working via cable at all. Even any kind of resetting it wont help. What should I do to fix this things out?

    Did you try to run the firmware updater again or reinstall the driver of your mouse? If that didn't help, try to do a clean re-installation of the Synapse application by following the steps here.
