Razer Naga Pro - Scrolling wheel defect

Hi

My Naga Pro scrolling wheel is defect.

When I scroll the wheel, it goes up and down and up and down. I have no control.

Can someone help me with that?

I understand you are having issues with the Razer Naga Pro. No worries, let me help you! Please try these troubleshooting steps to help resolve your concern:

 

1. Use compressed air to gently remove dirt from under the affected buttons.

2. Test the mouse on a different system without Razer Synapse.

3. If your mouse supports surface calibration, reset it in Razer Synapse.

4. Perform a clean re-install of Razer Synapse.
