Razer Naga Pro Side Panel Problem

I just bought the Razer Naga Pro wireless and I'm starting to get problems with the side panel. One or more of the buttons will stop working indefinitely. It doesn't matter which panel I'm using, the 6-button panel or the 12-button one, but it's always the same numbers on . I've tried resetting it, updating the firmware for it, but nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it in the background? For now, let's try to reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse.
