Razer Naga Pro Synapse 2?

Does Synapse 2 support the Razer Naga Pro? I have Macbook and have been using the Naga Trinity without issue. I recently purchased the Naga Pro and it gives me the "Please connect a Razer synapse enabled device" message. I've tried re-installing Synapse 2, but it made no difference. I've tried all the different ports, no luck. I've tried connecting over Bluetooth, still no luck. Is this a problem that I can fix? Thanks.

    if you have windows 10 build 1909 it should work ok, but if you have windows 10 build 2004 synapse 2 wont work correctly (loads of white noise and static) try downloading SurroundSoundInstaller_v1.0.129.165 and do a manual install (that is if you have windows 10 build 2004 on your pc)

    Naga pro only works with Synapse 3 and not the Synapse 2. You can use the mouse with Mac but only as a regular mouse (RGB and Macro settings will not be possible).
