The new Razer Naga Pro V3  is currently not on the supported device list  of Synapse 4  for MacOS, is it not going to be updated to support it, or it has and the list is waiting to be updated? whats the situation please.

I’d also like to know. I just bought the Naga V3 Pro and it’s frustrating to find that it’s not supported on Mac.

NAGAv3PRO has a bug where it can’t show real-time battery level!

After connecting with Razer Synapse 4 and MouseDock Pro, the real-time battery level doesn’t display!

Last night I started charging from 60%, and during the charging process I noticed the battery level wasn’t increasing in real-time. I watched it for over 40 minutes, and it still showed 60% without going up, so I turned off the computer and continued charging!

Today when I turned it on, Razer Synapse 4 showed the battery at 100%, and after using it all evening for at least seven hours, the battery still showed 100% without going down!

How can I fix the bug in Razer Synapse 4 where it can’t display battery level updates in real-time?

Please Razer – just give us some indication of when it’s likely to be supported on Mac via Synapse!
