Razer Naga pro wireless battery percentage 0%

Hi, My new Razer Naga pro starts to stutter suddenly and becomes unusable, if i open synapse i see that battery percentage is 0% (happens on wireless mode) but after i plug in the USB cable it refreshes the percentage and works fine after that. It usually happens if i turn on my pc with mouse on wireless even though i have synapse enabled for auto launch when system starts. Did anyone else encounter a similar issue maybe or has a fix for it?
