Hi all,



I'm having trouble with my new mouse. I received it today on my birthday, but it seems to be very 'sticky' to my screen every couple of minutes.



It sticks to the screen, not moving, but then it kind of glitches over the screen for a few seconds. it's like it's very laggy, rather than smoothly gliding across the screen.



I'm using a Razer Goliathus mousepad, and i've recently installed Synapse, and updated it etc.



I am now stuck, and very frustrated as it's an expensive gift which seems perhaps faulty?



I hope someone has some wise words to simply fix the issue - any help is welcome!
