Razer Naga Trinity - 12 key module does not work

Hey, I have got a new razer naga trinity and I have some issues with the 12 key module. I have binded via synapse the 12 keys like this: 1 = Num 1 2 = Num 2 3 = Num 3 and so on. The problem is when I press the key "2" e.g. in a word document, the output is 23, and when i press key
