Hello guys,

I tried to create a support case but since my device is no longer in warranty period…
As the title says, since 2 monts ago I am having connection issues with my mouse, is a random connection and disconnection issue and is very annoying.

I thought it was a hardware problem (maybe the wire) but the device works well in another PCs so... It seems is a software (driver maybe) issue. Do you know if there is a solution for this? I tried to get the last driver for my device but Naga Trinity is not on this list: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166
