On the right of the mouse is where this is happening. I've tried cleaning it, but that only helped for a small amount of time. I'm starting to feel like this is something that is a recurring problem, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience in the future.

Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Were there any changes applied to your device/system before the issue? Isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your mouse via PM.
