Hi. I would greatly appreciate any help with this issue. My naga trinity was working perfectly fine. The Razer Synapse software did not prompt for update it just started flashing the mouse on windows boot. I waited for over an hour and it just sat there. I finally rebooted and the mouse tried to update again and said an error occurred. everything seems to work other than the right click button. I have put it into bootloader mode and unplugged it to try to reset it. I have tried to remap the keys. nothing will work. Is there a way i can force a firmware downgrade of the mouse and then reupgrade. This is pretty frustrating considering it didnt prompt or anything and i have spent a few hours trying to fix. please help.

Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Unfortunately, there's no way to revert a peripheral's firmware once it is updated. By the way, have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer? Please reset your device by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of Razer Synapse 3.0, then select reset from the side list. Let me know if it helps.
