Razer Naga Trinity Horizontal Scroll Wheel Assistance

I recently started using my Razer Tartarus once again on my pc and I wanted to change the functionality of some of the buttons on it, so I downloaded Razer Synapse 3. After I had downloaded Razer Synapse 3, the horizontal scroll wheel push function on my Razer Naga Trinity got significantly worse, the speed at which it scrolls when pushed got painfully slower and the directions in which you need to push to go up or down on a page had switched. I was wondering if there was some way to revert this because it has proven to be very inconvenient for me because I tend to use this function of my mouse quite a bit.
