Razer Naga Trinity Mouse Scroll Wheel Not Responding

The mouse scroll wheel (scroll up and down) on my Razer Naga Trinity stopped working after I plugged it in for a few minutes. All other mouse keys work correctly, even the side repeat scroll on the scroll wheel itself. The issue began after disconnecting the mouse from the USB port and reconnecting for the first time in several months. There is no damage to the scroll wheel. Received product through Amazon on 29 Nov 2021. Did not connect it till 04 Dec 2021 I have tried:
  • Removing, reinstalling, repairing and updating the Razer synapse
  • Removing, reinstalling mouse drivers
  • Using alternative USB ports
  • Changing windows scroll line settings
Using the mouse on a different PC does not fix the issue. Behavior is the same.

Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel with a can of compressed air? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and check its warranty status. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
