Razer Naga Trinity promblem with keymaping

hey. i have been using my razer naga trinity with numlock keymaping ofr quite a while now. now it seems it wont work. no matter what i save as a key map the mouse still does the default function. ive tried mapping my nr "1" key as the letter "M" and it still types "1" ive also thought it might be the side panel that is messed upp so i tried binding my left mouse button and the right mouse button, as well as scroll wheel click to difrent letters and they still do the mouse default. any one know a fix for this would be appriciated.
