The 1 button on the 12 button grid sideplate started missing inputs after about 2 years 2 months of use. Cleaned the button with compressed air and the contacts as described in the cleaning article and it is still missing inputs. Any place to find a replacement panel or get it working? I am JUST out of warranty.
Tried my other side plates and no inputs are missing.
