Razer Naga Trinity works in other computers but not my desktop
Bought a new Razer Naga Trinity, customer support was not helpful.
The mouse works immediately in other computers, but my desktop will not recognize it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my USB drives, and updating all drivers. Windows is up to date. The mouse doesn't even light up, there is no plug and play icon by the clock, it's as if the device isn't there when it's plugged in.
I have a Razer Naga 2012 which the computer recognizes no problem. It's logically worn out after 8 years and I'd like the new one to work ideally, not interested in another brand really. I just have absolutely no clue how to make it work and it's very frustrating.
Any assistance greatly appreciated. Customer support just says oh it's your computer not our mouse and offers no insight.
