Hello, is there any ways to buy or replace the 12 panel button for my Naga v2 pro ? Some button aren’t working now when the mouse is working otherwhise.

    Also would love to know where to buy a replacement face.  I am having an issue with just one button on my 12 button face and have tried cleaning it several times.  The only solution I have seen support offer is to “check a licensed reseller” but I have never seen just the faces for sale anywhere.  Seems crazy to not have replacements or repairs

    same here, im using razer nagas for the last decade it feels and everyone got that problem after a few month some buttons stop working..   and never able to get replacements..  i started buying them on amazon so i can replace them there everytime. but its still anyoing, where can we buy replacement 12button covers for the EXPENSIVE V2 pro?
