Razer Naga v2 Pro dead no charge | Razer Insider

My Razer Naga v2 Pro stopped charging after recent updates, when connected with USB cable it showed as charging in Synapse but it wasn’t. Until it completely drained the battery and now the mouse is completely dead, no RGB, no power light underneath, not being detected by windows or Synapse.

I tried: reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers, using Synapse 4 beta, tested mouse in another PC, multiple different ports, restarted pc multiple times, no luck…

Mouse seems completely dead and gives no signs of charging whatsoever.

Mouse has around 4 months in use from the day I purchased it.

Is this software related? Mouse was working perfectly normal a few days ago.

same. just started today, or rather perhaps its been happening but only now did my battery get low enough for me to notice...

I’m having the same issue. It was just left over desk and pc even had synapse on which tells mouse to sleep after 15 minutes.
next morning I just found my mouse dead. no rgb, wont turn on, synapse doesnt see or recognise it’s existance. It has red light on sensor optical below regardless of state (2.4/off/bt).
can you even soft/hard reset these products without synapse? I’m super pissed about product and sofware quality. you go searching for most expensive mouse for least problems but no. I just feel scammed.

Same here.. dead mouse… I was playing and it stopped working… I swirled it around and it worked for another 15 seconds and then just completely died. I plug it into a wall to try to charge it an nothing.. This company makes the worst products on the face of the earth… No Customer support for it either… no one reaches out when we post… just a shady company

Same issue here. updated about 3 days ago and now I own a brick

I’ll add my being to the pool here, my mouse stopped functioning in the same manner. Dead out of nowhere, temporarily worked again, then was perma gone the next day. Nobody from razer is responding and because this has so much monetary value and general valence to me, this is super sketchy. I’m going to do some research on this.

It seems as if the Razer Silver distributor is going to send my post on this issue to a specialist of some kind. They seem rather accommodating and helpful, I very well might have overreacted. I’m linking this article in my message for help in hopes that you all can find help too. Best of wishes!

Same issue. Just stopped working and will not charge via computer nor via charging dock. Funny how we all experiencing this around the same timeframe.

Today, I was playing an online game when my Naga Pro suddenly stopped working. The mouse lights went out completely, and it was connected via USB the whole time. I tried plugging in different devices, but nothing worked. I received an update two days ago and am wondering if the update has been bricking them.
