Razer Naga v2 Pro firmware update button disabled

Hi, I got my mice 2 weeks ago and I connected my mice with 2.4 hyperspeed usb dongle without its converter to my Windows(which is a VM running in MAC machine) and also tried it in Linux machine by executing firmare update.exe with wine command on terminal and I followed this article https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6394 and I see that my mouse is working with usb dongle without its converter but firmare update button is not getting enabled. pls, Is there someone to help? How can I update it!! ?

Maybe something is wrong with USB passthrough on your hypervisor software, so the USB dongle is not properly exposed in Windows VM Guest OS.

I’d rather recommend doing update on baremetal windows, than through hypervisor or Wine.

I don’t think I can find a baremetal Windows as I don’t have it or I am not able to install it on my Mac or Linux machine, Actually 2.4 USB dongle is working on VM in Mac and Linux, but just the update button is not enabled in firmware_update.exe.

I have same issue… Dongle or Mouse wired. Looking over the forums, reddit etc. Seems to be a VERY common problem.
