Was using it in the blue tooth setting, walked away for lunch and came back and it didnt turn back on out of the hibernation setting. Initially thought the battery was somehow dead although it was plugged in overnight like usual. Swapped to a different USB to charge it just in case but the charging light didnt turn on. Plugging in directly to the computer doesn’t appear to resolve the issue and the device is no longer showing on Synapse any computer devices I plug it into

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Does it light up when plugged in? Also, when and where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
