Razer Naga X not working

I bought my Naga X about a month ago and now it just stopped working today. It doesn't connect to my devices or synapse but the lights are on. I've tried reinstalling synapse but it didn't seem to work. When I switch usbs it will connect for a second or two and then disconnect. I would appreciate any help.

Try to re-install your mouse drivers by following the steps in this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
