Razer Naga X only works for a few seconds after being plugged in | Razer Insider

Hopefully someone knows what to do here because I have tried everything.

I was playing a game the other day and my mouse just randomly stopped working. This has never happened to me before, and my mouse had always worked great, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It worked for around a second or two, and then stopped again. The light is on, but Synapse suddenly does not recognize my mouse. Just like that, it stopped working. I tried a bunch of things like reinstalling Synapse, but nothing works, and there are no drivers on the webiste for my mouse.

It almost feels like planned obsolescence. Does anyone know what I could do?
Drivers are installing with Synapse.

You can try uninstalling Synapse again, then use this tool to remove any drivers/leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj

Then after PC restart install Synapse again.

Did you also tried plugging it into a different PC?
After doing what you told me, my mouse worked for like 20 seconds, then it stopped working the same way as it did before. I did try on another computer, and it does the same thing, works for around 2 seconds and then stops.

The thing about Synapse is that it doesn't recognize that I have any Razer devices.

The most frustrating thing about this is that the mouse obviously still works very well... but Razer doesn't want me to use it. During that 20 seconds, the mouse worked perfectly as it usually does, and then poof, nothing.

Did you already try the steps here? If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can start a case and forward your concern to the Software Team.
